User Story:
As a user, I want the ability to launch the Email application from an email address in a message, with the recipient precomposed so that I don't need to remember the email address to manually enter it into the Email application.

UX draft here for comment:

This one should be fairly straightforward.

The only issue I see here is that there is no easy way for the user to return to the messaging from the browser after clicking a link.

The compose email back button should return you back to messaging if the user decides to back-out from the email.

Hey Casey,

The above draft suggests doing different actions for:

 - Composing an e-mail (tap)
 - Creating or updating a contact (long-tap)

But that is not consistent with similar specs (e.g. bug 838002 and 838002) where the same action (tap) is used for dialing a number (equivalent to compose e-mail) or using that number for creating and updating a contact. Is this something intended?

Thanks

Blocks: mms-p1
Per partner and release-driver discussions, marking blocking- until all MMS functionality in bug 849867 is complete, allowing it all to be checked-in at once to avoid SMS bustage.

Restoring leo+ for the non-MMS dependent v1.1 SMS features.

Spec has been updated here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/zc3hhd1mxi16p4w/MMS.pdf

I think that when a user taps on a link or email, giving them the options up-front is ideal to tap to open link or email + alternate options using long-press. Single presses are more discoverable.

One important thing to highlight:
In case we have several clickable items in a single bubble, evey item should have an indepedent clickable area.

This might be TEF or Taipei owning testing here.

Tony - Can you find out who owns this user story?
